Indian prescriptions are written fast, in shorthand, with brand names that collide across molecules. Getting this wrong hurts people. So the model does the reading — and a licensed pharmacist does the deciding.

Extraction is a first draft, not a decision. Every line is confirmed by a registered pharmacist before you see it or a pharmacy dispenses it, and anything below the confidence threshold is escalated rather than guessed. That check is what makes the speed safe.
